其實曲奇已經做過數次…

但原來食譜簡單，製起來卻不容易

不脆，不熟，燶底／面，經常發生

每道甜點／餸菜都要經過反覆試驗，材料加加減減 

這次心血來潮再次挑戰

今天，我成功製成失敗多次的朱古力曲奇！！！（拍掌）

食譜

牛油： 100g（室溫放軟）

糖霜：75g

蛋：1隻

低筋麵粉：150g

可可粉：2湯匙

入爐碎朱古力粒：隨意

杏仁碎：3湯匙（隨意）

鹽：1/8茶匙

步驟

1）焗爐預熱至170度。（大約5-10分鐘）

2）牛油與糖霜拌勻，然後拌入蛋

3）麵粉、可可粉，鹽篩勻，與蛋漿拌勻，再加入杏仁碎拌勻

4）將一湯匙曲奇料滾成球形，表面黏上碎朱古力粒，壓平成塊狀（小塊）

5）放牛油紙，然後放入焗爐中層用170度焗20分鐘，MODE選"上下火"

（每部家用焗爐溫差相距可能很大，所以一開始可以先試10分鐘）

其實這張是失敗的，哈哈

底部全燶的！

由於大部分簡單食譜都忘記有新手會看，

所以往往忽略了一些基本程序，例如頭幾次我便忘了放牛油紙..

也未必每人都知道焗盤該放上、下，中層的分別

用中層＋上下發熱是因為要遠離下發熱線，用上下火待它慢慢熟

如果易燶的話可以用較低溫度，再用較長時間焗製

把焗爐OFF後，可以把焗盤取出並放於焗爐頂部，

原因是籍著焗爐之餘溫把曲奇多餘的水份帶走，更可使其溫度慢慢降低

小提示：如想餅乾鬆化，可加一小匙泡打粉baking powder喔

冬天做餅最怕是清理現場吧，哈哈哈

掉髮問題越來越嚴重，某天照鏡發現不特別撥開也有個小洞

由於洗髮露始終是每天都用的，總不能買太貴，

但又想買支有機的，所以在經資料搜集後到屈臣氏買了這牌子

第一次接觸avalon是買它家的body lotion，

冬天洗澡後非常滋潤，但後來不知道為什麼失蹤了就沒再補購

又再翻看了一次。

記得第一次看時，心裡一種想法：這電影我大概會看上一輩子也不會膩

這類電影我不會分類為"喜劇"，而是治療類

剪接，音樂，色彩全部都運用得恰當，

整套電影的畫面非常豐富，天馬行空詭異的想像力，

她的微笑如此純淨

充滿了歡樂，她告訴了觀眾什麼是真正的生活樂趣

愛上這電影的原因，

大概因為我們同樣敏感，怪咖，善良（揍）

一次偶然的事故使愛美麗 (Amélie) 改變了對生活的態度，

她發現生活中令自己最開心的， 就是讓別人快樂。

於是她不停運用自己天真、善良的心幫助遇見的人，直至遇上生命最重要的男人。

－UVC則在到達地球前，已被臭氧層所阻擋。

黑色素在表皮中起到重要作用，因為它決定我們的皮膚顏色及其可曬黑能力，同時是皮膚對抗UVA和UVB的天然過濾網。

各種皮膚光類型

皮膚光類型，即皮膚對於陽光的敏感性，取決於皮膚、眼睛和頭髮的顏色，這種分類取決於皮膚的可曬黑能力和在陽光下被灼傷的可能性。暴露在陽光下，皮膚能保持一段時間不被曬紅，這個自我保護時間因應皮膚光類型而有所不同。皮膚共有6種光類型：

陽光的正面作用和負面影響

我們知道，陽光對於皮膚具有一定的正面作用，它可合成維他命D，有效預防佝僂病和骨質疏鬆；它同時是一種快樂荷爾蒙，有助抗抑鬱。不過，陽光也有一些負面影響，如灼傷皮膚（導致日光性紅斑）和眼睛、中暑、加速皮膚衰老、增加患上皮膚癌（惡性黑色素瘤）的風險，以及誘發過敏症狀（良性夏季日光疹）。

塗拭防曬產品前，須要考慮以下因素：

－防曬霜需要至少15分鐘才能完全滲入皮膚，如果顧客在沙灘上才開始塗拭，那他在產品滲透期間便無法受到防曬保護。緊記並非曬日光浴時才要塗拭防曬霜，強烈的太陽輻射無處不在，市區和沙灘亦都一樣。我們須養成外出前塗拭防曬霜的習慣，並定時補充塗拭，甚至在市區散步也這樣做；

－出汗和水分會破壞防曬保護：水珠的作用形同稜鏡，使陽光侵害加劇。建議定期補充塗拭和選用具有防水／防汗功效的防曬產品；

－玻璃並不能阻擋紫外線：80%的UVA可穿透普通玻璃窗，70%的UVA更可穿透汽車玻璃；

－35%的UVA能穿透濕的T恤；

－UVA在水下50cm仍然保持所有活性，UVB則保持60%。

紫外線中對肌膚有害的輻射波長分別是UVA，UVB，以及UVC。UVC在到達臭氧層時就被吸收掉了，只留下UVA和UVB會對肌膚產生曬傷和老化的影響。我們經常見到的防曬產品，外包裝上都會標有SPF係數和PA值。

SPF係數主要是用來防禦UVB，SPF後面的數位代表塗抹產品後能延長肌膚在紫外線下不被曬紅時間的倍數。比如，我們塗上SPF15的防曬品，就會延長10分鐘的15倍，也就是說，150分鐘後，你的皮膚才會被曬紅。所以SPF值越高，越可以延長皮膚被曬紅的時間。但是10分鐘指的是一般肌膚被曬紅的平均時間，如果你的皮膚很薄很白，只要5分鐘就會被曬紅，那麼你擦上SPF15的產品，被延後曬紅的時間就是5*15=75分鐘。也就是說你75分鐘後就要補擦防曬了。

PA值代表的是對UVA的抵抗力。PA後面的+號越多，表示防禦能力越強。

另外要注意的是，最好出門前30分鐘就塗抹上防曬產品。還要注意減少曬太陽的機會。不要誤以為擦了防曬品就可以拼命曬太陽。很多國家都規定防曬包裝上的標示不能超過SPF50，原因就在於很多人認為擦了高係數的防曬產品，防曬效果也會加倍。但是其實到了SPF60，它的防曬遮蔽效果跟SPF30只差2%而已。

後記：

自從發現皮膚狀況開始大不如前，工作關係又接觸到大量護膚品和相關知識，

所以慢慢墮入了深淵

一開始還只停留在"猛烈太陽下才需要塗防曬"的觀念，

之後才知原來一年四季每天也需要塗防曬，因為無論春夏秋冬，太陽是否直射，

紫外線都可以穿透真皮層傷害皮膚，肌膚亦因此會提早老化、長出細紋，導致膠原蛋白受損等問題
